Solenoid valve products have four performance characteristics

I. characteristics of solenoid valve
1. Different types of solenoid valves are selected for gas, liquid or mixed state, for example, ZQDF is used for air, zqdf-y is used for liquid, zqdf-2 (or-3) is used for steam, otherwise it is easy to cause misoperation. ZDF series multi-function solenoid valve can be connected to gas and liquid. It is best to specify the media status at the time of ordering, and the installation user does not need to adjust the mode.
2. Products with different specifications of medium temperature, or the coil will be burnt out, and the seal will be aged, which will seriously affect the service life.
3. Medium viscosity, usually below 50cst. If it exceeds this value, ZDF series multi-function solenoid valve shall be used for special ordering when the diameter is more than 15mm. High viscosity solenoid valve with diameter less than 15mm.
4. When the cleanliness of the medium is not high, a backwash filter valve should be installed in front of the solenoid valve. When the pressure is low, a direct acting diaphragm solenoid valve can be used as an example of cd-p.
5. If the medium is in directional circulation, and the backflow zdf-n and zqdf-n are not allowed to be in bidirectional circulation, please put forward special requirements 6. The medium temperature shall be within the allowable range of the solenoid valve.
II. Pipeline parameters
1. Select the valve port and model according to the requirements of medium flow direction and pipeline connection mode. For example, for switching from one pipe to two pipes, select Ca5 and Z3F for small diameter and zdf-z1 / 2 for medium or large diameter. If the confluence of two pipelines is controlled, please select zdf-z2 / 1, etc.
2. Select the nominal diameter according to the flow and Kv value of the valve, or the same as the inner diameter of the pipe. Please note that some manufacturers are not marked with Kv value, and the valve hole size is often smaller than the interface pipe diameter, so we must not be greedy for low price and mistake.
3. Working pressure difference. If the minimum working pressure difference is more than 0.04MPa, indirect pilot type can be selected; if the minimum working pressure difference is close to or less than zero, direct acting type or step-by-step direct type must be selected.
III. environmental conditions
1. The maximum and minimum temperature of the environment shall be within the allowable range, and special order shall be made for any out of tolerance.
2. In the environment with high relative humidity and dripping rain, waterproof solenoid valve shall be selected.
3. Special products, such as marine solenoid valve, should be selected for the environment with frequent vibration, bump and impact.
4. For use in corrosive or explosive environment, corrosion resistance shall be selected preferentially according to safety requirements.
5. If the environment space is limited, please select multi-functional solenoid valve, because it omits bypass and three manual valves and is convenient for online maintenance.
